Client Problem Statement:-

Customers did not want to incur additional cost for a separate tool to manage their IT asset. They want Interloop to develop it within Zoho people. The requirement was real-time asset count management, asset cost and vendor details, acknowledgement from employees, real-time asset damage count.

  1. Asset database was made with unique asset code, asset type, asset category, invoice upload option along with vendor information.
  1. Asset count module was developed to capture real-time asset availability count. This was the link with the asset database and asset allocation module to make it real-time.
  1. Asset allocation module, this module helps an IT professional to keep a track of the issued IT asset. Once the asset is issued the employee has to acknowledge it in the form of approval. Once it’s approved an email is sent out to the relevant authorities. The same also reflects in the asset count module.
  1. Reports can also be generated and shared with management for review and new asset purchase plan.

Client Problem Statement:-

The client has field boys, who do customer home visits and collect blood samples for pathology testing. Once the collection is done the employee has to do a self-rating on various parameters like timely collection etc. once the daily report is filled and submitted it has to be reviewed by the manager. Monthly reports were used to pay out monthly incentives.

  1. Customer visit module was constructed with the various parameters for self-rating. Employee ID along with data was made unique which made sure that there is no double entry for the same date.
  1. The picture upload option was also given to upload the time of visit and customer place.

  1. Monthly Analytics report was designed to have a monthly report date wise.

Client Problem Statement:-

The client wanted employees to take formal approval for any outstation travel. The module should also be equipped with TA & DA guidelines and eligibility. The client also wanted it to be linked with the expense claim. Also, there should be a provision for advance requests.

  1. Travel request form was designed with various sections to capture relevant travel-related information, for example, travel date, a client (client is linked with a  time tracker module), city, advance requirement. Employees can also request support from the travel desk for flight and hotel booking.
  1. There is a manager section for approving advance amounts, adding comments.
  1. The travel request is connected with designation, employee band and city of visiting. Depending on this the TA & DA is auto-populated. Make it easy for the finance team to keep a check on the expense.
  1. Employees once complete the trip, can use the travel id to fill up their expense report under the travel expense module. This makes it integrated and full proof.

This was done for a Jordan based client. The requirement was to have a leave encashment module that can be run to adjust leave and make a payout to employees on their work anniversary. What made this very complex was that the payout date for every employee will differ and it is spread throughout the year.

The Confirmation process for a new employee is very critical. It is not a full-fledged PMS review and organizations do not want to overwhelm a new employee. However, a formal process with performance review with feedback from managers and feedback from a new employee is also critical.

  1. Two sections were created, Probation review and Employee feedback. Probation review has two sections, 3 months and 6-month probation review. The new employee and his/her manager gets alert as per the set time to undertake the review and fill the feedback section.

  1. Probation review has various sections like work performance, new initiative etc. The questions and options are very well crafted by our human capital consulting team to give relevant data in the long run to make critical decisions. Employee feedback is also used to design a learning module for managers and human resources.

  1. HR can raise an employee transfer request depending on staff requisition request from any HOD. The employee transfer is first approved by the current HOD then the proposed new department HOD and followed by the HR Head.

  1. In case there has to be a revision in the salary it runs through Finance Head approval and in case there is a designation upgrade there are other approvals set in place.

  1. Post-approval the new department starts reflecting automatically. And the transfer letter is issued to the employee with details.
